Higher Education
• Initiative for enhancing the learning & teaching environment through the implementation, at a pilot departmental level, of formative assessment activities & structures in Level 4 undergraduate modules.

• Initiative for the creation of an OER (Open Educational Resource) jointly funded by JISC/HEA. Full project participation from OER software platform design, through materials collection to roll out & sustainability plans.

Secondary Education
Design, implementation, build & management of a VLE for a medium-sized secondary school. Staff development course: “Strategies for Delivering the Syllabus in the Digital Age – developing & integrating formative assessment, synchronous & asynchronous forums, wikis, & glossaries in the learning and teaching environment”.

International Education
Adaptation of tertiary sector curricula to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) as targeted by European Higher Education Area (EHEA).

Further Education

• Staff development course - design & delivery of a teacher training module on curriculum development & the creation of blended learning environments in second language acquisition.

• Large institutional development & change management programme at a consortium of further education colleges.

Vocational Education
Development of web-based training & computer based training packages for technical engineering & vocational education & training providers. Management of a Ministry of Education initiative for increased access to & quality of a consortium of Technical & Vocational Education & Training (TVET) providers.

Business Development
Projects and initiatives for the enhancement of institutional image in local communities for a series of secondary education providers.
